Philippine Information Agency on Jan. 8, 2008 press release said...

"In the second quarter of 2008 another SONA project-the Pandan-Libertad-Antique/Aklan Boundary Road willbe implemented. The DPWH 6 said that this project isoriginally included under the JBIC-Assisted RRNDPPhase III projects together with Maayon-Cuatero-Jct.Iloilo/Capiz Road and BoundaryAntique/Iloilo-Anini-y-Villavert-JimJimenez Road, willnow be funded by GOP."
